What can you expect from our coping course?

The full coping course consists of six, one hour group sessions in which one of The Insight Network’s psychologists explains the core skills of competency and how they are linked to resilience in face of adversity. Every session is designed to focus on building up a new skill. Participants will search and explore their existing individual strengths to build up personal coping strategies to overcome difficulties. The session will have educational and learning aspects where you will develop practical skills that can be used in real life. You will also have the opportunity to practice your new skills and learn how to apply them to your everyday life.
