The Insight Network is open to anyone, and services may be accessed through private medical insurance or you can pay for it yourself. Alternatively, if you are part of your company’s employee medical insurance scheme, you may be able to claim on this. Using your private medical insurance
Please check with your private or company health insurance that you are covered. You will usually need a letter of referral from your GP if you wish to claim under a private medical insurance policy.
Once you have been referred, please then contact your insurer for an authorisation number prior to your first appointment. When we send you our client registration form, you will then need to include this authorisation number on the form. Please note that if you do not provide us with this information you will be required to pay the fee for the treatment yourself.
If you are funding your own treatment a GP referral is not a requirement, however it is good clinical practice which we encourage. However, if you would prefer to visit us without a GP referral our senior clinical staff will assess your situation and advise on treatment options specific to your need and situation.

A cancellation policy is in operation at our clinics. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice, by contacting our team on 0845 601 4134. Unfortunately, failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the professional consultation fee, which will not be met by insurers.
All calls will be treated in the strictest confidence. Your personal information will be stored on a secure database in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988. Your data may be used to improve our services, but no identifiable information will be used.
